Featuring Cascade and Chinook hops, our Bootleg APA features beautiful floral, citrus, and earthly aromas balanced with the sweet smell of corn. Upon sipping, the sweet corn notes up front fade into rich malty flavors and end with a pleasantly bitter finish, giving your palette a complex and delightful array of tastes. This is not a “burn your taste buds off” APA, but instead a wonderfully balanced beer with a hop flavor that only gets better the more you drink.

Buzzed Light Beer

This is our lightest beer, made with kolsch yeast, Two-row and Munich malts, and Fuggles hops. Featuring amalty nose and a light and simple flavor with a wonderful hoppy finish, our goal was to make a beer you could drink all day while watching sports, sitting on the patio, or anyway you choose to spend the day during these warmer months.

Honey Juniper

The first beer in Cold Fusion’s botanical series was born though collaboration with Knox Whiskey Works. Taking the botanicals after KWW makes their gin and Flor de Vi and adding them to our S.O.B we gave birth to this great summertime beer! A wonderful sweet and slightly smoky juniper nose leads you in, and the taste explodes in your mouth. Hints of Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cumin, and so many more herbs and spices make your tongue tingle. Leading to a light hoppy finish that makes you yearn for your next drink. ABV – 6.0% IBU – low middle range Clear dark honey color with a smooth full mouth feel.

S.O.B (Save Our Bees) Wheat

Our S.O.B. Wheat is a medium-bodied beer with a beautiful amber shade, just a touch darker than a bottle of honey, and boasts a delightfully sweet citrus aroma, much like the smell of freshly peeled oranges. Made with Fuggles Hops and Honey Malt, this superb honey wheat beer is easy on the nose and the palate and features sweet honey flavors and a refreshingly light hop bitterness. Factor in its soothing mouth feel and you’ll find that our S.O.B. wheat will keep you craving more.
